MY STAY IN COVENANT UNIVERSITY
My stay in
Covenant University
My name is
Sowunmi Fiyinfoluwa. I am 16 years old, a last born from a family of 4
children. I’m from Abeokuta in Ogun state, Nigeria. I’ve spent three weeks
in
Covenant university. Indeed, picking this university as my first-choice
university was never a bad idea.
My first
week in Covenant university was filled with important activities which were
very stressful but highly informative and very crucial to my stay in this
school. Activities like fresh-men orientation, signing of medicals were carried
out during this period.
A week into
my stay and classes are commencing for the freshers. Punctuality is key to
having good grades in CU. We must be seated 15 minutes before the class starts.
I tried out
various foods in CU and they all turned out to be great, but my favorite food
presently is roasted plantain and potato. It is very filling and nutritious.
Week three
in CU and I’ve adapted well to the environment, known my way around th
university and I’ve made friends with serious and ambitious people.
In all, I’m
grateful to God for bringing me to this beautiful place.
